You briefly describe your pewter items to us (type, brand, and photos if possible). We then schedule an appointment at your home on a date that suits you. Before the visit, you will receive a list of items to prepare. On site, we will verify the items: checking for hallmarks, the brand, the style, and the quality (solid pewter vs. alloy/plated metal). The pieces are sorted: solid pewter on one side, and non-compliant items or those made of other metals on the other (added elements, inserts, screws, handles, etc.). Each lot is then weighed on a certified scale in your presence. You will receive a clear and detailed offer. If you accept it, payment can be made immediately in cash, with a receipt provided.
